Alfredo Volio
If there’s a plan, Alfredo is in. If there isn’t one yet, give him a few minutes. Morning hike? Absolutely. Swim right after? Of course. ATV ride in the afternoon? He’s already ready. Someone mentions a night walk? Somehow, Alfredo still has more energy than everyone else. That same energy is what he brings to leading. He’ll walk with you through the forest, cross rivers beside you, fly through the trees on a zipline, and somehow still be the person asking who’s ready to find some music and dance at the local bar later. But Alfredo’s energy comes with something just as important: curiosity. Ask him a question he doesn’t know and he’ll turn finding the answer into his next mission, asking locals, guides, friends, specialists and probably someone you never imagined could know the answer. He wants to understand the places he travels through, and he wants you to understand them too. And yes, there is a real possibility he’ll meet you at the airport wearing his Lightning McQueen Crocs. When you operate at this speed, apparently your footwear needs horsepower too. Behind all of that movement is what matters most to us: Alfredo leads with his heart. He brings people together, gives everything to the experience, and reminds us that a Thrill can be a trail, a river, a conversation, a ridiculous amount of energy or one more dance when everyone thought the day was already over.
